This position has responsibility for supporting the effective HR administrative operations of the U.S. and or Canada Call Centers, including Retention, Union Avoidance, Worker’s Compensation, HR Practices, Affirmative Action Compliance, Employment Law Compliance, Safety & Security Compliance, Management Consulting, Management Selection, Employee Relations, Career Development/ Succession Planning, Employment/Compensation/Benefits/HRIS/Payroll Administration, and Sarbanes Oxley Compliance. Responsible for evaluating and identifying needs within the Americas organization, which interfere with the achievement of organizational goals. Implements human resources policies and programs, consistent with established corporate guidelines. Facilitates improvements in organizational performance by partnering with appropriate departments and/or individuals to develop and implement effective solutions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required. Must have 6+ years progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations, training and development, employment legislation, union avoidance, recruitment/retention programs, and administration of compensation, benefits, and HRIS. HR Certification a plus.
