This position is responsible for driving strategic partnerships with marketing, strategic office, operations and technology that delivers revenue growth for the company by creating specialty services capabilities including digital solutions, advanced analytics, process improvements, professional services, solution design and implementation for small, medium and alternative markets.



  • Adheres to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity.


  • Proactively, identify, locate and define growth opportunities in the market for the business.
  • Provide leadership and sales team development on specialty services and oversee all sales and account farming efforts for these services.
  • Determine objectives, metrics, accountabilities and success factors.
  • Collaborate with marketing, strategy, operations and technology to build, grow, and deliver specialty solutions.
  • Create, implement and deliver outward facing sales/organic growth strategies and acquisition plans.
  • Guides the development and deployment of continuous improvement processes that drive focused and measurable improvement.
  • Develop an operating model by creating products and services that can serve each market, work to establish key metrics, and create a process for communicating insights and action plans.
  • Maintains a deep knowledge of customer’s business trends, current macro and micro economic climate, and potential new business opportunities.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the organization delivering specialty services.
  • Deliver fact-based recommendations, influence decision-making, and drive alignment with leaders across the business.
  • Assures that market intelligence is received and analyzed so that market opportunities may be capitalized on as they occur, and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
  • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.










BS required; MBA or advanced technical degree or experience desirable. 10+ years of experience working in a Global Sales or Solutions Development environment including in an organization leadership role. Project management and experience with reporting, analytic, and business intelligence tools required.

  • Exceptional ability to develop and initiate relationships throughout complex organizations.
  • Communication and leadership skills are essential, as individual must work proactively across all major internal functional areas (core and field engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and product development) and with external constituencies (customers, technology partners, etc.)
  • Demonstrated creativity in proposing and evaluating new business opportunities.
  • Must possess strong business presence with excellent negotiation skills while maintaining a professional attitude and image.
  • Proven ability to apply and convert process focus skills into effective improvements and change.
  • Excellent presentation, written communications, and customer interaction skills to a C-level audience are a must.
  • Proven skills in process management, team building and motivation.
